About the Founder
The founder of Step One School, Alwar is a retired Indian Air Force Officer who is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer from MNNIT, Allahabad & M.Tech from NIT Jalandhar having more than 35 years of professional experience in Defence, Academics, Industry, R&D & Entrepreneurship. He is the recipient of Academic Leadership Award 2017 from Green ThinkerZ. Under his leadership Step One School has been nominated by USHLBE ( US Higher Learning Board for Education) for providing quality education of International Standards. He has developed many zero- investment innovative learning activities for skills development of children as part of creative curriculum. In recognition of this he has been awarded Teacher Innovation Award Certificate of Appreciation by ZIIEI ( Sri Aurobindo Society) in 2020. In recognition for pioneering Holistic Curriculum and Educational Innovation he has been awarded Innovative Indian School Award 2024 from Brain Skool, Influencer Book of World Records and International Olympiad Federation. He has been helping children learn and maximize their potential. He strongly believes that Holistic Education only can bring Positive changes in the lives of the People and the Society.
He has authored a book titled, " Holistic Child Development" to bring awareness among parents and educators about the need of Holistic Education for all round development of children, rather than focusing only on academic success. The book is available on Amazon.
