About the Founder

The founder of Step One School, Alwar is a retired Indian Air Force Officer who is a Graduate Mechanical Engineer from MNNIT, Allahabad & M.Tech from NIT Jalandhar having more than 35 years of professional experience in Defence, Academics, Industry, R&D & Entrepreneurship. He is the recipient of Academic Leadership Award 2017 from Green ThinkerZ. Under his leadership Step One School has been nominated by USHLBE ( US Higher Learning Board for Education) for providing quality education of International Standards. He has developed many zero- investment innovative learning activities for skills development of children as part of creative curriculum. In recognition of this he has been awarded Teacher Innovation Award Certificate of Appreciation by ZIIEI ( Sri Aurobindo Society) in 2020. He has been helping children learn and maximize their potential. He strongly believes that Holistic Education only can bring Positive changes in the lives of the People and the Society.
