Education without values is like a flower without fragrance. At Step One School we put a lot of emphasis on inculcating good values in our students through role-modelling of teachers, telling moral stories, caring & sharing activities that promote Indian values of respect & tolerance. 

In this competitive and technology-advanced world, it has become imperative to develop the students into aware, alert and responsive individuals who can deploy technology for the benefit of mankind. There is a need to create well-balanced individuals who can make sound decisions and respect everyone. This is possible by imparting moral values to the students. At Step One School, Alwar, we consider it our responsibility to foster the future of the world. That is why we give impetus to character development and moral values.

Values create a strong positive learning achievement & develop students social & relationship skills that last throughout their lives. It reminds me of a beautiful quote by Fred Astaire : "The hardest job the kids face today is learning good manners without seeing any."
